The Trans Am “Dog Bone” Reinforcement plate is used to connect the bottom of the shock tower to the inner frame rail as described in the Boss 302 Chassis Modification book. The brace is CNC cut from .104” steel and should be positioned at about 45 degrees sloping down to the top of the frame rail.
